oday Athelnet was admitted to the UK Web Design Association, the largest internet organisation in Europe.

he organisation shares Athelnet's commitment to the propagation of industry standards for web site design, which itself grew out of a conviction that a bad or amateurish website is worse than none at all. It is always encouraging to find standards being taken seriously when even large companies are known to ignore them entirely, and the endorsement of Athelnet's own work that this constitutes is a matter of no small satisfaction.
